About the Company

Seth Watje (DRE# 01805453) graduated from San Diego State University and continued education at the University of San Diego receiving his Certificate in Real Estate Finance, Investment, and Development. Seth has focused his nearly two-decade commercial real estate career exclusively in multi-Family assets. From San Clemente to San Ysidro Seth has successfully closed $500,000,000 in apartment transactions. Throughout the years Seth and his wife been fortunate to establish their own apartment portfolio which has expanded his perspective in representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of their assets.

In 2021 Seth partnered with Adam Cairo to establish Starker West, Inc. The goal of building a new full service commercial real estate firm was to create an environment of likeminded professionals, who put their clients’ interests above their own. Seth felt that the real estate industry in general is consumed with agents solely driven by making a commission, rather than agents advising clients based on what is best for the client. Seth’s philosophy of sharing his experience and advising based on what he would do if he was in his client’s position has served him well.

When Seth isn’t in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jill and four children Barrett, Holden, Kay and Quinn.

Adam Cairo (DRE# 01948040) has a driven passion for entrepreneurship and investments, which led him to a career in commercial real estate. His ambitions in his services are to go above and beyond his clients expectations and place clients’ needs above all others.

Adam specializes in small to medium apartment buildings and is constantly seeking to develop the best quality relationships with his clients. By making himself easily accessible, Adam firmly believes strong communication throughout transactions are critical in attaining success. He also utilizes his strengths of being both bilingual in English and Spanish which is critical in today’s demographic market place. Adam is constantly enhancing his education, and eager to learn new things to become a determined partner to his clients.

Nick Azoff (DRE# 0205396) is a Los Angeles native who moved to San Diego a decade ago with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from San Diego State. He has a historical understanding of the growth that the County has seen and is eager to be a part of its continued development.

Nick specializes in income producing, multi-family assets. He takes great pride in representing his clients to the fullest by providing thorough property analysis, superior communication and detailed market knowledge.

Tyler Hadzicki (DRE# 02080349) is a San Diego native specializing in the acquisition and disposition of Multifamily and Triple Net properties. From an early age, Tyler had an affinity for business, starting his first company at 17 years old. His drive and sales abilities eventually landed him an appearance on the hit TV show Shark Tank (Season 7, Episode 10) where he presented to some of America’s most famous investors.

After graduating with top honors from San Diego State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tyler found his true passion in Commercial Real Estate. He brings value to clients through his strong analytical background, negotiation skills and unique marketing experience. Tyler prides himself on creating lasting client relationships built on attention to detail, communication and integrity.

Zach attended the University of Colorado, Boulder where he earned his degree in Political Science with a minor in Real Estate and Business Management. It was during those years that his career in real estate started. Zach worked for three years as a commercial property manager focusing on office assets and distressed retail centers. He now specializes in the acquisition and disposition of Multifamily properties throughout San Diego County. He demonstrates his passion by staying ahead of market trends, providing the best Real Estate services available, and putting his clients’ best interest before anything else.

In his spare time, Zach can be found spending time with family and friends, traveling, golfing, and snowboarding.
